Apartment Layout
This beautiful apartment named after Piero Taruffi, the pilot that won the last Mille Miglia driving the number #535 Ferrari 315S in 1957, is a first floor three room apartment complete of two different bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with kitchen.
The bedrooms are one master bedroom with a double bed and a second room with one single bed; the sofa-bed allows for three more guests for a total of six.
The many windows that surround the apartment allow sunshine to light up the entire environment while providing a view to one of the internal gardens (Oak Garden) of Borgo Predeschera and on the countryside.
A large external covered balcony that covers the entire length of the apartment provides a private outdoor space facing the beautiful garden, a second smaller balcony can be found on the back facing the hills.
The apartment is fully furnished with: oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, two TVs, WiFi connectivity, washing machine and dishwasher.
All our apartments have climate control, with heating and air conditioning, are provided with cutlery, dishes, sheets, blankets and towel, and have access to a laundry room (soon) and swimming pool in the structure.
There are no elevators in the structure, smoking inside is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Parking is available for all apartments, and covered parking is available on request.
