This beautiful apartment named after Giannino Marzotto, the pilot that won the 1953 Mille Miglia driving a Ferrari 340 MM, is a second floor two room apartment complete of one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living room with kitchen with an incredible lake view.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed with 30 cm mattress; the sofa-bed allows for two more guests for a total of four.
The many windows that surround the apartment and the main window facing the lake allow sunshine to light up the entire environment while providing the incredible view of Garda south cities like Sirmione and Desenzano while maintaining a view on one garden (Olive Tree Garden) of Borgo Predeschera and on the countryside as well.
Main feature of the apartment is the large external balcony “a pozzetto”, that provides a private outdoor space facing the biggest lake of Italy with a unique view.
The apartment is fully furnished with: oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, two TVs, WiFi connectivity, washing machine and dishwasher.
All our apartments have climate control, with heating and air conditioning, are provided with cutlery, dishes, sheets, blankets and towel, and have access to a swimming pool in the structure.
There are no elevators in the structure, smoking inside is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Parking is available for all apartments, and covered parking is available on request.
